SBS1 was selected to execute a series of critical engineering and fit-out upgrades for the Aloft Hotel in Abu Dhabi, a modern hospitality property known for its contemporary design and guest-centric services. This multifaceted project aimed to enhance both the functional and aesthetic quality of key hotel areas.

The scope included the structural and visual rehabilitation of the outdoor pool deck, mechanical modification of the kitchen extract system to improve airflow and compliance, and multiple fit-out works across select areas of the hotel. All tasks were completed in a live hotel environment with minimal disruption to operations and guest experience.
